RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing SnugBug Home LLC! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of the cushion/blanket. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our refund and return policy will help you.
1. Refund and Return Conditions
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to request a return.
Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including all labels, packaging, and accessories).
Return Request: Please contact our customer service team via email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning the product. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.
2. Refund Process
Return Request: Please contact customer service at sales@snugbughome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and an RMA number.
Return Shipping: Please send the product to the designated address as instructed. Please keep the shipping receipt for future reference.
Refund Processing: We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return conditions. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and processing time may take 5-10 business days.
3. Exceptions
Discounted Items: Only items sold at their regular price are eligible for return/exchange. Special discount items and promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
